Uploading to Spoonflower or similar print on demand fabrics companies such as, Zazzle, Cafepress, Screaming Owl, Amazon, Society6, Wayfair, Printiful, Alibaba, AliExpress, Zulilly, Wish, Shein, Jane.com, etc. with the intent of selling or distributing unfinished goods is prohibited.
You may sell finished goods made with this design. Example: clothing, home decor, stationery, accessories, small business supplies, etc.
Refunds
All sales are final. Files are digital and therefore cannot be returned.
Buyers are responsible of file handling. (Downloading files, opening .zip files and handling image files)
We are NOT responsible for printing issues, once the design has been downloaded.
Under NO circumstance will Andres Chaves be held responsible for damages after purchase.

What are seamless patterns?
A seamless pattern is an image that can be placed side by side with copies of itself without any interruptions, creating an illusion of a seamless pattern. These files are carefully designed with the intent of printing it as a repeating pattern and scaling it to suit anyone’s needs.

All my files are digital.

What if i need a different color?
I try my best to only output the best colors/backgrounds for some patterns but you can always shoot me a message with your request, and I will do my best to make it available.
CAN I SHARE WITH MY FRIENDS?
No. This is for your use only. Please read [Licensing Link HERE] for more info.
Can I just change the color?
No. Please do not modify my files, besides scaling it to your needs. If you need a different color, please reach out to me and I’d be happy to make that change for you. Please read [Licensing Link HERE] for more info.
WHY ARE YOUR FILES $1 CHEAPER ON YOUR WEBSITE VS ETSY?
Etsy fees make it very hard for artists so I want to recognize those who shop directly from my site and highly encourage you to do the same when shopping from other artists :)
WHY CAN’T I FIND A FILE I LIKE ON ETSY OR SPOONFLOWER, BUT IT’S ON HERE?
Patterns will be released on my website first, and then uploaded to Etsy and Spoonflower at a later time. Some prints/color variations are exclusive to only my website. Some patterns are exclusive to clients and not available for purchase.
do you do custom files?
Yes, if I have availability and its within my design style, I would be happy to make a custom file. I will NOT design anything trademarked or inspired. I can also make a slightly different version of one of my designs, if needed. Please [contact me LINK HERE] for more information.
